Absolutely the best nail artist I’ve ever been to! 🤍 Alisa is incredibly talented, detail, oriented and truly passionate about her work. Every time I leave, my nails look flawless and exactly how I imagined (or even better). The whole experience is always relaxing and professional. On top of that, my lashes and brows look amazing thanks to her 🤍the lamination results are just beautiful. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails, lashes or brows. Highly recommended!

I’m so happy I could cry! My hairdresser of 15 years is retiring. So I have tried so many places and none of them even compared until today. I actually found somewhere better at ‘Oh, so straight’. The staff are so friendly and so gentle. My hair looks and feels amazing. I have very difficult hair (I am mixed race with frizzy, curly but very fine hair) and it didn’t faze them at all. My baby hairs are impossible, so hard to straighten but they did it with ease. They are straightening professionals! Without a doubt the best straightening service in London and the South East.

Had such a great experience with Vishani today! I booked in for a manicure, pedicure and facial, and she genuinely went above and beyond from start to finish. She made me feel really comfortable, took her time with everything, and you can tell she really cares about the quality of her work. I’m so pleased with the results – everything looks and feels amazing. Highly recommend Vishani if you’re looking for someone who is professional, friendly, and puts real attention into what she does. I had another amazing experience getting BIAB nails with detailed nail art here! The quality of the BIAB is incredible—my nails feel super strong. What really stood out was the nail art. The attention to detail is next level, and the designs were done so precisely—they genuinely look like tiny works of art. Mittal is friendly, patient, and clearly very talented. She always makes me feel understood and my nails look better than I could have imagined 😍 Everything was clean, professional, and relaxing as always.

Always the best service. Vishani is fantastic, very professional and a perfectionist. I love the way she does my eyebrows followed by her aloe vera massage and I also love the way she did my manicure and pedicure.

Excellent experience at Alisa Nail Artist! Clean studio, great attention to detail, and the result is exactly what I wanted. Alisa works neatly and patiently and explained everything along the way. My nails look flawless and last really well. I’ll definitely be back!❤️

The treatments were very good however the massages in the Pedicure and Manicure were way too short. It should be much longer to have the full benefit of the treatments for what I paid for.

Hidden gem! I’ve been to loads of London salons for similar treatments where I’ve paid twice the price to receive half the service. Couldn’t be more impressed by the time and care taken on the treatment application, really felt like Fernanda cared about giving an exceptional experience. It was my first time at Oh So Straight and wasn’t sure what to expect but the gamble paid off, I’ll definitely be going back. My sister has already booked her appointment for next week!

I got a manicure & pedicure done here with my mum & sister. We all had such a wonderful experience! They are all so welcoming and were attentive to our every need. The lovely Nish did my manicure and pedicure - in a world where everyone is only doing gel polish it was really great to find a studio that still did normal polish as well as gel. Nish was great at skillfully removing the old gel and giving me a polish that won't damage my nails. The banter was also great - also it's always lovely sitting in a salon where the girls talk in a language I understand. When I'm in Kenton this is now my go to place. 😄

The Team are very friendly and Tony always does an excellent manicure. My natural nails are not good and Tony works his ‘magic’ and makes them look natural & fab! Would highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience at Zaira Rose! I booked a Thai massage along with a manicure and pedicure, and every treatment was exceptional. A huge thank you to Mittal, who was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Her Thai massage was relaxing. She took great care with my manicure and pedicure, paying attention to every detail. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I had the perfect morning at Nail Bar with a gel manicure and pedicure. Madelina was patient and attentive, taking into account my needs. The owner was really pleasant and made me a lovely cup of coffee. Thank you both for a great experience. Regarding some of the comments below, something i have learnt when going to a place for the first time is, give them a chance, feedback pleasantly, bear in mind if the salon is busy. If it is busy then staff will be under pressure at times. Lets just be kind to each other!

Absolutely loved my experience! I had a keratin treatment done by Rita and BIAB/nail extensions by Mittal, and I am so happy with the results. Rita did an amazing job on my hair — it looks so smooth, healthy, and manageable. Mittal was fantastic with my nails, very skilled and meticulous, and I absolutely love how they turned out. Both were professional, friendly, and made me feel really looked after. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be coming back!
