Absolutely the best nail artist I’ve ever been to! 🤍 Alisa is incredibly talented, detail, oriented and truly passionate about her work. Every time I leave, my nails look flawless and exactly how I imagined (or even better). The whole experience is always relaxing and professional. On top of that, my lashes and brows look amazing thanks to her 🤍the lamination results are just beautiful. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails, lashes or brows. Highly recommended!

I’m so happy I could cry! My hairdresser of 15 years is retiring. So I have tried so many places and none of them even compared until today. I actually found somewhere better at ‘Oh, so straight’. The staff are so friendly and so gentle. My hair looks and feels amazing. I have very difficult hair (I am mixed race with frizzy, curly but very fine hair) and it didn’t faze them at all. My baby hairs are impossible, so hard to straighten but they did it with ease. They are straightening professionals! Without a doubt the best straightening service in London and the South East.

Aleksandra is the truly the best nail artist in the business. She’s been my ride or die since moving to London almost 3 years ago. She is a perfectionist (classic Virgo) and takes such care with each and every step in her process to ensure you always leave the salon happy. She is meticulous and insanely hygienic (we all have high street nail salon trauma) which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. I could not recommend Aleksandra more highly ❣️ I promise you will not regret your NaiLay nails!

I had a pedicure, today, my overall experience at Chocolate and Nails today was good. It was my first time visiting and I came with my adult son, who I was also treating to a male pedicure. The female foot technician was very good and lovely and polite. I was asked if I want a hot beverage My son also. The only issue was my left pinky toe nail painted nail got smudged and because the technician had already put oil over the nails, she unfortunately failed to wipe off the oil. This sort if spoiled my experience. But overall I did enjoy my time of my feet being pedicured. Should cost less!!!

I had another amazing experience getting BIAB nails with detailed nail art here! The quality of the BIAB is incredible—my nails feel super strong. What really stood out was the nail art. The attention to detail is next level, and the designs were done so precisely—they genuinely look like tiny works of art. Mittal is friendly, patient, and clearly very talented. I asked for Wimbledon-themed nails and they turned out better than I could have ever imagined! Got so many compliments during my day at the Championships!! Sofia was quick, precise and constantly checked in with me whether I liked the nails. Best nail set I’ve ever had!

Xenn is a wonderful nail artist! She made me feel very comfortable and welcome! Her salon is super cute and cosy. She’s the most gentle person to ever do my nails! Super hygienic and clean in there too. She really took her time to make sure my nails looked beautiful. She also fitted me in next day for a nail repair! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a judgement free salon and a professional nail tech who makes your nails look SLAYYYY!!!

I don’t know where to start. I’ve been doing my nails with Giulia since ages now and every time she goes far and beyond. She is a perfectionist, very high detailed and professional. She is always up to any request! My nails look healthy, clean and super fancy.
