Staff was super friendly and attentive! I was given a drink menu for complimentary drinks and I was also given a fortune cookie. The nail tech Hazel was super kind, gentle and made sure to ask me if everything was okay! I love my nails so much thank you!

Everytime I go to Ruby its such a great experience! Tran and her team run an amazing service! I have found a favorite in my nail tech Jeremy. I always book with him and I am NEVER unhappy. He takes his time and listens to what I want. Super super place!!!

Absolutely in love with my new nails from Ruby Nails 😍💅🏽 I decided to try a different design today and Hazel understood the vision perfectly! The red chrome cat-eye effect is so elegant, classy, and eye-catching. She paid attention to every detail and made sure everything looked flawless. I had a great experience at my appointment , met Anna who worked on my in grown nails , plus she does d a shellac manicure for me , Tracy does d the pedicure for me . Absolutely wonderful people , and would recommend Pro Nails to anyone ! Thank you so much Sandraharapiak

I had an amazing time at Ruby nail bar, everyone is super nice, the prices are good and my nails always come out looking exactly like what I wanted! I had Hazel doing my nails and she is a pro!

It was not with Jeremy and the nail tech did not have a name badge on. Unfortunately there were 2 nail techs when I came in & one got the polish and the other did the nails and missed that the polish was a Cat Eye so when she finished that is when we realized the cat eye effect had not been done and we had to redo the polish. Otherwise she did an amazing job with my nails.

I booked a specific nail appt with a tech I looked up reviews for and wanted to try. I had to keep asking when each nail tech started on my nails if they were who I requested. Eventually I got who I requested. I know I’m more attention detailed when it comes to my nails so I’m fine with waiting or paying more when I have certain expectations. Other than that the business is very kind, welcoming and professional. Good atmosphere and very accommodating. Thank you for your extra efforts and time today. :) I’ll be back.

Experience was absolutely wonderful. It was relaxing and she did a great job with clearing all the dead skin around my fingernails and hangnails. Not a single abrasion which is the case in almost every manicure I’ve received in other establishments. And, in addition, my nails look great!

I just had another visit at pro nails n it was awesome these beautiful ladies once again did n amazing job I'm greeted with such grace always served a beverage of my choice n always given choices pertaining to my service that day I frequent pro nails I gave since 2015 I get gel nails spa pedicure eyebrow wax n tint n lash extensions n let me say I feel great look great so happy these amazing ladies create magic I have been n will continue to be a faithful client so this being said plz go n check out pro nails on 1565 regent ave it's always a pleasure ❤️

I had such an amazing experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The salon was spotless, relaxing, and had a great atmosphere. I have been coming to Pro Nail for a few years now. I always leave with a good relaxed feeling . The shop is very clean and always feel welcomed by all the staff . Tina has been looking after my shellac pedicures and does amazing work . She is very professional , kind and does an excellent job. Never felt rushed as she takes time to attend to any concerns I have with my nails . The hot stone massage is so rejuvenating and uplifting to a person’s well being. It is so important for all technicians to take their time doing their jobs with each customer , so one can leave feeling good !

After a challenging day, I arrived unsure of what to expect, but the moment I walked in I knew this place was for me. The ladies truly love what they do, and the vibe is so calming. After 35+ years hiding my toes, Romona and her team gave me beautiful reconstruction and the most relaxing pedicure. I’m beyond grateful. I’ll be back to explore more services. Big thank you ❤️👣💗✨🌸

I had such a great pedicure with Ramona, who was not only highly skilled but also genuinely attentive, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. She made my terrible feet look fantastic. What really stood out was the massage—it was pure bliss. already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!
