Staff was super friendly and attentive! I was given a drink menu for complimentary drinks and I was also given a fortune cookie. The nail tech Hazel was super kind, gentle and made sure to ask me if everything was okay! I love my nails so much thank you!

Everytime I go to Ruby its such a great experience! Tran and her team run an amazing service! I have found a favorite in my nail tech Jeremy. I always book with him and I am NEVER unhappy. He takes his time and listens to what I want. Super super place!!!

Absolutely in love with my new nails from Ruby Nails 😍💅🏽 I decided to try a different design today and Hazel understood the vision perfectly! The red chrome cat-eye effect is so elegant, classy, and eye-catching. She paid attention to every detail and made sure everything looked flawless. First time trying the 90 min head spa. What a fantastic experience! Relaxing from start to finish. Tina is small but mighty with her massage skills. Already recommended to my friends and family and will definitely be back to see Tina soon!

I had an amazing time at Ruby nail bar, everyone is super nice, the prices are good and my nails always come out looking exactly like what I wanted! I had Hazel doing my nails and she is a pro!

It was not with Jeremy and the nail tech did not have a name badge on. Unfortunately there were 2 nail techs when I came in & one got the polish and the other did the nails and missed that the polish was a Cat Eye so when she finished that is when we realized the cat eye effect had not been done and we had to redo the polish. Otherwise she did an amazing job with my nails.

I booked a specific nail appt with a tech I looked up reviews for and wanted to try. I had to keep asking when each nail tech started on my nails if they were who I requested. Eventually I got who I requested. I know I’m more attention detailed when it comes to my nails so I’m fine with waiting or paying more when I have certain expectations. Other than that the business is very kind, welcoming and professional. Good atmosphere and very accommodating. Thank you for your extra efforts and time today. :) I’ll be back.

I have been in many different nail bars in the city for 20 years and not one nail place is as amazing as Ruby nails, why? Because they are all so friendly and kind and also serve you coffee, tea, and a little treat, but the best one at all is how friendly they all are, I’m definitely choosing to go to Ruby nails from now on! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Always a great atmosphere at Ruby Nails. They treat you like family. I have been going here for a few years now and every time I have went to get my nails done or a pedicure they know me by name. Both my daughters go as well and we always leave super happy with everything. They also can do some amazing colours and designs. I highly recommend this salon and always tell family and friends to go as well.

I come here all the time to get my nails done with my daughters, and we always have such a great experience. We’ve tried other salons, but nothing compares to the way we’re treated at Ruby Nail Bar. They don’t just do an amazing job on our nails they truly treat us like family. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for both quality service and a welcoming atmosphere!

What an amazing experience I had. I called 40 mins prior to them closing and there was no hesitation on having me come in. I was greeted right as I walked in. Tran was the lovely lady who didn’t pedicure. Absolutely amazing! I give her a 10/10.
