My ponytail was styled exactly how I envisioned and asked for. The stylist, Angela, was very polite and listened to anything I wanted changed or corrected throughout my time at the salon. However, my take down and blow drying experience weren’t the best because there was a lot of pulling from the combination of stylists working to loosen my hair at the beginning of the service and I’m very tender headed. I communicated this with Angela after and she tried her best to be gentle throughout the rest of my service. Overall, I had a really great time at the salon.

Really Amazing Experience with Lateefah: The focus, know-how and just overall making sure I was okay all through the Man / Pedi Process. The stylist did a really good job on my hair and I was pleased with the treatment itself. Unfortunately, the overall experience was uncomfortable as several staff were visibly unwell, coughing and sneezing, and at one point a staff member was sick in the restroom and everyone could hear. This made the environment unpleasant, as staff that are unwell puts customers at risk of getting sick too. even though the actual service was good.

If she isnt the manager, I couldnt tell 'cos she moved with a level of ownership, concern and understanding of the business as well as the care for the customers. (not just me). Thank you. The only place I choose to have my haircut!

It was a good experience for me. Professional and polite staff. I would however recommend having the massage rooms aired out from time to time. It felt stuffy initially, which is not great for people with allergies. Other than that, it was a good one.

The stylist was thorough and patient.

Good experience with Abdullahi. He is very fast and 100% precise. Just a recommendation that since a haircut is also therapeutic, the process of cutting could be made slower so the beneficiary benefits from the journey not the destination-possibly sleeping in between too 😄. But excellent cut with no supervision.
