Had such a great haircut here — they only trimmed the ends since I’m growing my hair out, exactly what I asked for. My roots were freshly colored and they gave me the most relaxing massage during the treatment. My hair feels amazing afterwards! Wataru was super sweet and we communicated really well in English. Highly recommend — such a friendly and talented team!

Wataru's customer service was amazing. I came to the salon, with a vague idea of what i wanted - he consulted me in the best manner, advising what would work best with my type of hair, whilst accomodating my wishes perfeclty. He was very kind - the head massage was fantastic & i am super happy with the haircut ( was long overdue) i look great! Infact - i am booking another appointment for my mum as we speak!

I had an appointment with Mayu, and it just couldn’t be better. I was a little nervous about communication, but it was smooth and clear. Mayu speaks amazing english, we understood each other perfectly, so I got the haircut I imagined🥹. Trusting her was really a good decision. She was very gentle with my hair, so I felt comfy ☺️. Also the atmosphere was amazing, it was a pleasure for me to be there! I have beautiful bangs now, I was told how to style them, and I am perfectly happy with the outcome of our consultation. If I’ll visit Japan again, it is a must have for me to go back here.

Wataru was very professional and explained every step of the process. I had one of the best head spas ever! My hair feels healthier, lighter, and refreshed. I’m very pleased with his work and would definitely recommend this salon, especially Wataru. The staff are also so friendly and welcoming.

Mi sono recata per una stiratura giapponese soft (liscio naturale). La mia hairstylist Nene parlava inglese perfettamente ed è stata attenta, precisa e gentile, oltre ad aver svolto un lavoro ineccepibile. Per essere certa che i trattamenti eseguiti in precedenza sul mio capello fossero compatibili con quello da me scelto Nene ha eseguito un test preventivo su una piccola ciocca di capelli. Mi sono sentita in ottime mani, trattata con grande cura e ascoltata. Durata totale 4.30h, costo 33.000 yen. Sono uscita estremamente soddisfatta e consiglierei a tutti di venire in questo salone.
