Vivi done my hair for me and she smashed it again! I went in with very yellow hair and wanted it bright and silvery grey and she pulled through💪🏽 Vivi was able to make my hair look exactly how I wanted it and other stylists told me it wasn’t possible and unrealistic. I will forever go to her for future services! Always very kind, friendly and chatty. It’s very clear that being a stylist is more than just a job to her and she has a very strong passion for what she does! Thankyou Vivi for making me feel human again!

I used the services of Joanna's hairdresser for the first time. I am very satisfied, fast, efficient, nice atmosphere. the first hairdresser in my life who didn't pull my hair, didn't burn me with a hairdryer, and fixed what the last hairdresser had broken. I was very hesitatant to book an appointment as I have bad experience with hairsalons, where my scalp ended up burnt. But after I have left my little sister to box dye my hair this had to be done to fix the disaster. Booking was very easy and done online. Lady called Lisa messaged me prior to my appointment making sure I am still good to go. When I arrived we have discussed what I would like to have done. So I axplained and after 2 hours of pure relaxation I couldn't belive the results. I had no hope this could be fixed. My hair feels and look amazing. Thank you so much Lisa.

Today was my first visit for hair and I am in love. The vibrant colour and lush cut I couldnt have asked for it to turn out better. I feel a little like the old me which is just what I wanted. Also made to feel at ease which is nice. Having had same hairdresser for 10 years it was a big step for me to make the leap to change but I am glad I did. I was talked through every step and couldnt have asked for anyone nicer and someone that seemed to care and listen to what I wanted as well as giving honest advice. Im a customer for as long as theyll have me now

Belle has done a wonderful job! I’ve been after a hairdresser for years who can give me a natural colour, as previous hairdresser left my hair patchy… Belle has restored my faith in hairdressers and I will be returning to her. I would highly recommend Belle and all of the team. Thank you.

I literally love Natalia. I always get excited to see her. She’s got such a positive energy, she is the most professional beautician I know. Always does 100% effort and goes above and beyond. She is the best brow artist in Sittingbourne, I tried a few before I found her and I’ve never looked back.

After a bit of a disaster with another hairdresser vivi really had her work cut out with my hair , but she put me at ease and was so lovely and managed to sort out what was a bad haircut into something that’s looks so much better . Thankyou so much
