I am always happy with my visits. This time was even better as Karen sorted out a bodge haircut - no more Lego hair! I took the opportunity to get my hair lightened with a balayage, which looks fantastic.

I went to Karen with dull and dry hair; the result of a dark dye that had faded and turned a weird orangey colour. Karen made my hair feel luscious again. The cut is fab and the colour looks so natural, so it will grow out nicely with my stating to go grey hair. No need for a colour for a long while, as I had the lived in hair colour. Suits my minimalist hair care perfectly. Well worth the money :) Thanks Karen!
