Lucy and Jo are the best, they provide guidance and advice to ensure that what you receive and how you feel and look make you wonder what you have previously wasted time, money and effort on! I had my haircut done by Mila and she was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly and easy to talk to — honestly, it felt more like a therapy session than just a haircut. The cut turned out even better than I expected, and I left feeling great. Highly recommend Mila if you’re after fantastic service and a great chat!

Polished, Ashtead are fabulous. They treat nails (and clients) with utmost respect, their products are first class, as are their treatments. Lucy is great and my nails are a talking point - whether I am teaching or working in sales - Lucy deserves the credit for this, not me! If you want your nails to look amazing and want to feel good, Polished is the place to visit. Excellent service, fantastic treatments and affordable prices. Perfect as always. Quite possibly the most precise haircut I have ever had. Francesca always takes her time, listens and gives the most gorgeous cut.

I had a lovely appointment with Cydney. She’s so chatty and friendly. I’m very pleased with the colour and my bouncy blow dry! Best of all is that the Milkshake dye does not irritate my scalp. My previous hairdresser used Wella and it was always really itchy afterwards. These products are much gentler. I highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. 5 x 12 year olds all getting their ears pierced. Some quite nervous but the whole experience was fantastic. Thoroughly recommend. Thank you Jo.
