I was a new customer to the salon today, and heading in for a significant change. I was quietly anxious about such a big restyle, but I was instantly at ease when I walked through the doors (of a lovely salon!) to be greeted so beautifully by my hair stylist, Jayne. Jayne was not only an incredibly lovely and genuine person to spend my appointment with, she has delivered an absolutely outstanding result! Jayne understood the assignment and nailed it.
