Had my second deep tissue massage from Donna. Have to say her hands are magic! Recently had a full knee replacement so Donna is helping with swelling, inflammation and muscle tightness. If you are injured or even just thinking about going, do it, you will not be disappointed!! She knows her stuff! 🤩

I booked in with Donna at Lionessence Sports Massage specifically to target some severe tightness and discomfort in my right shoulder, and the experience was fantastic. With her nursing background, Donna is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly where the tension was rooted. I walked in with restricted movement and left feeling completely loosened up with a massive release of tension. The SB Fitness Gym has a great setup, and Donna is highly professional. Highly recommended.

Had my first ever massage today with Donna for a pulled calf, after being in agony for two days with it, I walked out completely brand new. She put me at ease, explained everything she was doing and why. Gave great after care advice and completely tailored the experience to me. Would recommend her to anyone suffering with muscle pain. I went for a pregnancy massage at 30 weeks pregnant after feeling so achy, tight, and uncomfortable. I left feeling so much more relaxed, looser, and genuinely refreshed! Donna was absolutely lovely—professional, friendly, and she made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. She really took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment.
