First timer, thought I would try a local spot ASAP because I've been complaining about my neck, shoulders and upper back. Asked for all of the above with the additional cupping. Nicky did amazing for a petite women. Knew the spots to hit and wouldnt stop until it was worked on. I'm so happy with the turn out of my shoulder, I urged to book again the next evening for my legs. I'm so happy to come by this place my chance. Well done Eddie and Nicky.

My first experience at the cryo sauna can be described in one word - euphoria! Having a great interest in biohacking, I've always wanted to try cold therapy but found it too difficult to dive into icy waters... However, the dry cold of the cryo sauna was surprisingly manageable. Three minutes? Piece of cake! I'm thrilled that a salon offering this unique treatment has opened in Auckland. I went there with a friend in the morning, and it was the ideal timing. The session left us feeling proud of ourselves and energized for entire day!

Chill Wellness is the place to go for your physical and mental health recovery needs. The whole vibe of the place is immaculate and the equipment, facilities, and treatments are first class. Not only that the staff are all incredibly kind, caring, and make you feel like family. Highly recommend.
