Had 2 reflexology with reiki sessions with Clare so far. Clare is a very knowledgeable and skilled therapist and I would wholeheartedly recommend her.

Had a full 2 hour package and left feeling like I was walking on air! So relaxing, friendly and knowledgable. Have been to Clare a few times now, pre and post baby and can’t recommend her enough 😊

Cara had a look at a problem that I've had with my back for a while. She was very thorough in her assessment and identified the likely problem for me. She prescribed some rehab exercises and clearly demonstrated them to me. The massage gave me some relief straight away. I've already recommended her to my wife!

Cara knew exactly where the tight spots were in my legs and freed these off. I instantly noticed how much freer my movement was after the session.

This was my second visit with Clare. A wonderfully relaxing experience, I came away feeling much calmer and lighter after this session. I will absolutely be booking in again.

Gabs truely is focused on her client’s needs & interests. Had the second peel today & reviewed photos before the start of my skin care journey. My skin looks & feels improved and to add to this I’ve also received comments on my skin (good) too… it’s working ….

This is definitely the go to place to visit for sports injury and treatment. Ive been several times after starting to play walking football. At first it was with niggling injuries and once with a knee injury. Cara has really got me back to fitness again with preventative excerises and massages and now with no niggling injuries. Even enabling me to climb The Old Man of Coniston with no injury issues after. Would 100% recommend!

This was the very first time I’ve tried anything like this and I loved it! I was looked after for over 2 hours but it felt like minutes. I have come away feeling great with lots of tips and handouts to support me. I felt as ease straight away - thank you Clare!

Clare is absolutely amazing. She is very intuitive and knew exactly what I needed. She did ear seeding whilst explaining the points she was using them on. A short reiki session followed by reflexology. My brain has been so busy that I've been finding it difficult to function fully, but Claire's treatments have fully grounded me providing me with the relaxation and calm mind I very much needed. Highly recommended
