Had a lovely facial here 🤍 It was a much gentler approach than what I'm used to - no extractions, just calming, hydrating skincare focused on overall skin health. My skin felt fresh and soothed after it The therapist was knowledgeable and explained everything without being pushy. I also picked up their cleanser and cream and have been enjoying them so far. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a more gentle, skin-friendly facial 🤍

I am in love with my hair!!!! The team are all so knowledgable and personable. I’ve been worried about hair fall and breakage since moving to london and having hard water, but they are so good! They recommended how I should be looking after my hair and were able to tell me what I needed to do to get my hair healthy and blonde at the same time. The best balayage i’ve had in london - I travel an hour for this!

Reshma is the best. The level of quality of her treatments, advices and after care are some of the best I’ve tried in London. She’s always professional with all the up to date technology, make you feel super comfortable and is sooo kind. Second time going to Alice and I couldn’t be happier! She is incredibly professional, attentive, and really listens to what you want while giving honest advice. The clinic is spotless, very clean, and everything feels high quality and well taken care of, which made me feel completely safe and comfortable. The treatment was gentle and precise, and the result is exactly what I wanted: natural, soft, and beautifully defined lips. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a subtle and elegant result. Rasha and Fjolla were absolutely amazing. I almost never ever write reviews . But I can’t help it this time as I feel really grateful. First time in my life ,a doctor really delivered a result I really like . A natural looking result, still very much Me but a little fresher version of Me. I am very happy . No pain no bruises which I was honestly surprised. He is also honest and did not push for more products and treatments . I feel very comfortable in his care . Very friendly and easy to talk to . So happy I found “the one - doctor “ :)
