I felt held cared for and validated. Listened to and understood. I was in less physical pain after leaving and so much calmer and in control of what life is currently throwing at me. I also have taken away techniques to calm me just through my breathing.

Yesterday was my second visit to Emma. I asked her to work on my back but most particularly on my neck. The massage itself was really good and this morning my neck feels better than it has done in months. (PS Just so you know this review is independent as I am neither a friend nor or relative of Emma)

Honestly amazing!! I found it so powerful and the fact that I have taken away some new tools to help in the future also was a bonus. Steph is incredible, put me at ease immediately and is genuinely caring. I would recommend this experience to anyone
