Matilda thank you for such a lovely & extemely relaxing fully body massage including scalp and foot scrub. It was magical- from start to finish, you were very professional, calm and warm-welcomed me in so politely, explained each part of the treatments paying close attention to areas that needed more focus. The salon is immaculate and Sam is always welcoming, professional and friendly. It’s always a treat to come here! It’s the best salon by far in Leicester! Even better than the big names like Clarins.

Always such a lovely welcome and so relaxing. I leave after a hot stones massage feeling great. LED facial has really helped with skin redness. Would highly recommend any treatments.

Sam your massages are incredible, you can feel the passion you have for your job & I love that I actually feel the benefits of having one, relaxing and physically beneficial! I also loved my facial! My skin feels brighter, clearer & I never feel like I can shut off when having treatments but yesterday I felt myself nodding off a handful of times, which is a testament to how relaxed you made me feel! Today was my first visit to The Beauty Barn. Hopefully not my last. Firstly it is in a lovely setting. Welcoming, warm, nice decor with calming music. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Hannahs massage was very relaxing and clearly she is very experienced and informative.

I overall enjoyed the whole experience, the massage was very relaxing and environment was very calming and soothing. Especially enjoyed the scalp massage and that the massage table is heated. Only thing I would say is the music played during the treatment was one song looped for the whole treatment, at certain times during the treatment that was noticeable and slightly irritating but nothing that caused discomfort or annoyance. Othwerise everything was great, will return again!

I had my first deep tissue massage today with Matilda at The Beauty Barn Leicester and it was a great experience. The facilities are excellent — very clean, calm, and relaxing. Booking was straightforward with no fuss at all. Matilda was extremely professional and identified my areas of pain straight away, which made the treatment feel really tailored and effective. Easy access and parking was an added bonus. I’ll definitely be booking again. Well done and keep up the great work!
