Julie is an exemplary massage therapist with specialized training in sports massage. She incorporates stretching into her treatments, as agreed upon, she customizes treatments to the needs of the client, and she has amazing energy, of which her hands are a vehicle, giving her massages an extra healing touch! I will definitely return to Black Tulip exclusively for massages moving forward!

Julie was very thorough. While parts of the massage were very relaxing I could feel when work was being done to my very tight problem areas. She definitely knows how to help the muscles get back to where they should be.

Julie is amazing & knowledgeable! I opted for a home massage & her setup was efficient & quick. The massage was geared towards a herniating disc/sciatica& this massage was just remarkable. While a little sore at first (that’s expected with any deep tissue work&thats what I chose for my style of massage), I woke up from a nap later in the day & felt like my body had been recalibrated. My back & hip flexors feel virtually zero pain & no nerve or tingling. I could classify this visit as spoiling myself, but I genuinely believe this massage provided by Julie was is step towards healing! 10/10

I went for just some relaxation and it was so peaceful and an overall wonderful experience. The atmosphere is beautiful I felt very comfortable and left feeling so relaxed. Recommend 10/10 and will definitely be making this apart of monthly self care!

I went in hesitantly as I haven't always loved massage. Julie was excellent, she made me feel comfortable, went over what I was looking for and customized to what I was comfortable with and explained what she would do. I'll def be back!

This is my 3rd or 4th treatment with Julie and she was exceptional as always! I’ve been dealing with a lot of physical pain and discomfort in the past week, and she listened to my concerns and was able to pinpoint the trigger points, knots, and other problem areas. She is very skilled at massage and has a breadth and depth of knowledge about the muscular system, inter-connectivity between muscles and how different areas impact each other, and knows what to do to provide release and relief. I will continue to see Julie and highly recommend her to friends, family, and anyone in need of massage!

Julie is more of a healer than a masseuse, however, she is amazing at both. She offers breathwork, abdominal, and sacral massage, and works on these areas kindly and artfully. She is as polite as she is strong, and you bet I'll be back for more !

Julie is a master masseur. Second massage with her today and I feel amazing. I did a 90 min treatment the first time, which was very comprehensive and I highly recommend especially for the first treatment. Tonight I did a 60 min treatment which was also excellent. I will definitely return!
