Here’s a refined version of your review: As soon as the elevator doors open onto the sixth floor, TOKA Salon feels like a breath of fresh air. The staff is not only professional but also incredibly warm and welcoming, instantly putting you at ease. I often find myself wishing I’d arrived early enough to enjoy their beautiful balcony—an oasis on warmer days. I had a wonderful session with Mark and it was outstanding. He listened carefully to my needs and delivered a skilled, therapeutic massage with just the right pressure and technique. The studio is beautiful and relaxing, and the entire experience left me feeling rejuvenated and looser. Mark is professional, attentive, and clearly talented. It's a very nice facility. And Diego put me right at ease. The treatments were excellent, far surpassing similar treatments I've had elsewhere. If I lived in New York, I'd become a regular customer for sure!!

It's rare to stumble upon a new gem, but that's just what happened when visited Monoma. I've been pushing my body and mind at an unsustainable pace, the chiropractor was no longer enough and I hadn't been sleeping. I relaxed for the first time in weeks during this massage and i actually slept thru the night that night. I need to make another appointment soon as this was the break to the cycle I needed. A 10 out of 10!

I had the best experience and Cleo walked me through every step of the treatment. My skin feels so much smoother. The best part was the face massage. I’ve had facials in Milan. London and Tokyo but nothing compares to Carmel’s facials at Renew Spa in New York City! The results are amazing due to her knowledge, experience and technique! You look and feel amazing!

Just had the most amazing spa experience with Diego! I did the massage, scrub combo, and facial, and every part of the service was incredible. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and my skin has never felt softer. Highly recommend to anyone looking to treat themselves to some self-care and a little luxury!

From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for something special. The atmosphere was incredibly calming—dim lighting, soft music, and a gentle aroma that immediately put me at ease. The head spa treatment itself was absolutely heavenly. Every motion was precise and soothing, melting away tension I didn’t even know I had. The scalp massage was expertly done, stimulating yet relaxing, and the use of warm water and nourishing oils left my hair and scalp feeling refreshed and revitalized. Great experience! The spa atmosphere is so relaxing, welcoming, and so clean. The staff is very friendly. I had a four hand massage and it was the best experience I’ve ever had in a spa. Definitely coming back. Tom and Daniel are just amazing and know exactly how to make you feel good.

Wow! I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this couples massage my wife and I got at Luxsa Spa. For my wife, she said it was the best massage she’s ever had. The pressure was perfect the entire way through. We got a combo deep tissue/Thai massage at the recommendation of our masseuse and it’s kind of the only way I want to get a massage going forward. This was the perfect start to our Manhattan day and I recommend it to any and everyone looking for the best massage possible in New York City!

This is beyond the best Spa/medical location thus far in Astoria. From the customer service to the work they put in to ensure you leave feeling calm and relaxed. I come to this location for cupping/needling and let me tell you, my back has felt so good ever since. Thankfully, my health insurance covers this part. Today, however, I had a chance to get a facial/massage combo and it was beyond amazing. Left feeling new. Idk how best to put it, but don’t miss out. Give them a chance!

Why go to a chiropractor when you can come to Luxsa Thai Spa? After one session, I can say that this is my new go-to spa in New York City. Very authentic. I was lucky to do a 90-minute session with Pauline. She works so hard on your body that she’s glistening by the end of the session. She moves the limbs in ways that we don’t move them on a daily basis and should, promoting blood flow to neglected areas and facilitating cracks from muscle releases. 60 minutes isn’t enough. You definitely need 90 minutes. Book with no concerns.
