By far, the best massage I’ve ever had! Almetris is AMAZING! I booked an hour and a half massage with hot stones and deep tissue. Almetris suggested adding cupping to enhance the hot stones/deep tissue, and I’m so glad she did. These add ons were the perfect combination. I also enjoyed the stretches which were an additional perk that aren’t typical of most massages. Finally, I love that the Healing Hippie is just down the road from me. I’ve lived in Hampstead 16 years, and it is so nice not to have to drive into Wilmington for a great massage!

I've probably had close to fifty deep tissue massages over the past few years from different therapists around the Raleigh area before recently moving to Hampstead. Lea is hands down one of the absolute best that I have ever worked with. Her knowledge of anatomy and sensitivity to past injuries, while also being able to find the smallest knots that I didn't know where there, has been simply amazing for me. I leave every session feeling energized, more focused and healthier. When I get back home my wife even says I look younger and more alive. I highly recommend her!

Elizabeth is nothing short of amazing! She truly delivers the full package when it comes to everything massage. She makes the atmosphere extremely relaxing and warm. My appointment was on time and the facilities were clean and comfortable. Winnie gave me a great deep tissue massage! I really appreciated how she was able to maintain a quiet and relaxing atmosphere while still checking in with me and letting me know what she was working on. She also gave some helpful suggestions and feedback based on problem areas she noticed. I will definitely return to Healing Hippie!

I've been getting massages for 35 years, all over the US and in several different countries. I recently moved here and Amanda was my "shot in the dark"; she is great! This is my second massage with her in as many weeks and I just hope she doesn't get booked-up all the time as often happens with someone who gets a great reputation, but she gave a great massage, is very personable and makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend her.

Sarah was exceptional! She put me right at ease, and checked to make sure that I was comfortable throughout the massage. The massage itself was great! Very relaxing and thorough. The table had a heating pad, and Sarah used hot towels during the massage. I would definitely recommend!!
