I had a Swedish back massage, head massage, and eyebrow wax and tint today, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The back massage was incredible, I normally find them quite painful, but this was perfect. The head massage was absolutely amazing too! My eyebrows look 10/10, exactly how I wanted them. Such a lovely, welcoming atmosphere and I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. I would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back. Thank you so much!

Again I've had the most amazing relaxing massage, pressure was superb, in the areas where I needed, Amy is so good at what she does, I was so relaxed I fell asleep when I got home. I will definatley be back for a full body hot stones massage soon..

The best experience I have had for any beauty treatment has been at retreat. Every appointment Im welcomed, relaxed and informed about the treatment im having. When I'm complimented on my lashes, im always quick to recommend retreat to them .

I had the most amazing deep cleansing facial and massage with Nas — honestly, it was perfect. She’s so gentle, kind, and incredibly skilled. Every product was carefully chosen to suit my skin, and she applied everything so thoughtfully and soothingly. Naz is also such a warm, down‑to‑earth person chatting with her felt so relaxed and natural. I left feeling completely pampered, my skin glowing and refreshed, and my body relaxed and tension‑free. Calvin managed to find the places causing me pain and worked on them very effectively. I feel looser and more relaxed and the twinge in my back seems to have gone as well so I’m more than happy with his service. He also gave me some useful exercises to help me further. Great job Calvin!

Went in with really tight hips, glutes and restricted movement in the left hamstring. James used various techniques including manual therapy, cupping and stretching to alleviate and fix the issue. Really knows how to focus on each area. And good tunes today.

Initially I was so nervous never having a sports massage and meeting Calvin for the first time! I really didn’t need to worry Calvin was professional and instantly made me feel at ease!! I had a sports massage at home which was really handy and worked around my little one I felt in completely safe hands. Calvin explained everything and was very thorough I would highly recommend! 😊
