I’ve been coming here since I was a university student at University of Manchester. For two years, when I started working, I would take a train from London to Manchester just to get my brows and underarms done here. I always show a picture and get the result I want. The business owner and his team are fantastic. I can’t wait to see this become a beauty empire. I’ve moved again and I’m still catching trains just to come here. I’ll always be a loyal client, even refusing to do my brows months at a time unless it’s by Robbie. A human owned business that loves their clients. Can’t beat it!

I visited for a Swedish massage and reflexology. I arrived feeling stressed however the entire experience was calming and incredible from the very start and I came out feeling totally different. Natalia’s energy was amazing - kind and deeply calming. The room was exceptionally comfortable, and every detail contributed to a truly relaxing experience. I felt completely at ease and even fell asleep during the reflexology, which says everything about how relaxing it was. It was such an enjoyable experience and I’m so happy I came across Balance & Me. Thank you!

I booked a lymphatic drainage massage with Katie to help manage histamine intolerance and mast cell activation syndrome symptoms on holistically. Katie is lovely and very professional she talked me through the process and explained how the massage would work, how I would feel then gave tips for after care. The massage was very gentle and soothing which was what my body needs. I felt very relaxed when I got home and slept really well whereas other massages like deep tissue and Swedish have left me feeling stimulated and very sore the next day.

Absolutely loved my facial with Meisha today 🥰 It was my first time having the EMS sculpt facial and it was perfect! I’d never experienced feeling my facial muscles wake up before so it was very interesting, The massage was also very relaxing and released so much tension 🙌🏾 Meisha also included a brow wax and tint into the treatment which the process of the tint, wax and shape was explained to me and check ins throughout the treatment was included. I highly appreciated this because I explained my worries around waxing beforehand. I feel fresh and rejuvenated! Thank you!

I have been going to Diana every 4-6 weeks for a year now and I can honestly say, it's become the highlight of my month! This is not just any face massage, it's a total experience, and an amazing experience at that. My face looks and feels so different after my session - more open, lifted and relaxed - and my skin feels so much smoother and hydrated and has a glow that lasts for days afterwards. Diana is absolutely amazing - warm, open, honest and so generous about sharing tips and techniques on how to maintain the effects of the massage at home afterwards. I’ve just had my second massage with Lee and it was absolutely fantastic! The amount of pressure was perfect – firm yet relaxing – and really worked out all the tension. The environment in the centre of the city is calm and welcoming, making it easy to switch off from the hustle and bustle outside. Lee was respectful throughout, creating a professional and comfortable experience. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated – #trulyblissful. Highly recommend!

I have seen Anastasia at my daughter's recommendation. I went for plantar fascia and severe back pain and a burning sensation. She is very friendly, kind and understanding. Listens and observes her client and approaches with care and sensitivity. Her friendly approach makes you relax and trust her. She is extremely knowledgeable, and she explains everything very clearly. She doesn’t just give a massage she heals you with her healing hands. I had the most incredible experience From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm, welcoming and thoughtfully designed to help you completely switch off from the outside world. It immediately set the tone for what turned out to be one of the most relaxing treatments I’ve had in a long time. It combined a luxurious hair spa experience with elements of massage, facial care and ice roller therapy, creating something that felt both indulgent and genuinely restorative. This was an amazing facial treatment like none I’ve ever had before. Diana used careful, gentle but firm massage techniques which was very effective at lifting my features by lymphatic drainage. It was also extremely relaxing and I’m pretty sure I fell asleep a couple of times! I highly recommend Diana, she made me feel totally comfortable and confident in her experienced hands. I will definitely be keeping these treatments going as I can definitely see a difference already!

Incredibly relaxing experience. The constant flow of lomi lomi strokes really keeps me engaged and aware. It's almost meditative. Can't recommend Lee enough. I've had two massages so far, and hopefully many more.

I arrived late to see sadz as I’m not use to the Manchester, but she was extremely accommodating and was still able to see for my booking. She was ultra professional and kind and reassuring. I’ve only been able to give her 5 because this is the maximum score whereas she really deserves 100 out of 10.
