Andy is professional extremely knowledgeable & friendly, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The room itself is calm and relaxing, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind. I walk in feeling stiff and tight from adhesions from previous surgeries, Andy gets to work on the area that causes me extreme tightness and pain. I get off his couch feeling much lighter no tightness no pain ,relaxed-refreshed. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to relieve pain, release tension, and enjoy a true stress relief treatment that your body will thank you for.

He listens to all my issues with my heel and lower back and after a full hands on examination he said it would take about 45 minutes to relieve some of my pain. After the sports massage I walked out head up and reduced pain. My second visit seems to have cleared up the remaining discomfort and I seem to be pain free at present and able to stand up straight for the first time in 6 months. Brilliant service from an expert in his field, couldn’t recommend him higher.

What a great experience with Andy! Andy managed to fit me in even though I was late for my appointment. I got an amazing sports massage sorting out the issues with my back and neck. Not only all of that, but also, really good conversation to go with it. Will definitely be going back for my next massage!

Sophie was friendly and approachable without being unprofessional. She made me feel safe and secure quickly which is rare for me. She threaded my brows, waxed my chin, painted my toes and gave me a massage. Everything was executed well and my toes look gorgeous over a week later!
