Andy is professional extremely knowledgeable & friendly, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The room itself is calm and relaxing, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind. I walk in feeling stiff and tight from adhesions from previous surgeries, Andy gets to work on the area that causes me extreme tightness and pain. I get off his couch feeling much lighter no tightness no pain ,relaxed-refreshed. He listens to all my issues with my heel and lower back and after a full hands on examination he said it would take about 45 minutes to relieve some of my pain. After the sports massage I walked out head up and reduced pain. My second visit seems to have cleared up the remaining discomfort and I seem to be pain free at present and able to stand up straight for the first time in 6 months. Brilliant service from an expert in his field, couldn’t recommend him higher.

Carla is simply the best! I went for the first time today and had reflexology which was amazing! So relaxing had a lovely herbal tea to start whilst I had the best foot soak! Including the most gorgeous leg massage I feel so relaxed

What a great experience with Andy! Andy managed to fit me in even though I was late for my appointment. I got an amazing sports massage sorting out the issues with my back and neck. Not only all of that, but also, really good conversation to go with it. Will definitely be going back for my next massage!

Brilliant massage by Joel...as always. Joel is really friendly and a lovely chap. You will not get better. Has been the saviour for me and has over time helped me come off the medication for my back issues and became pain free. Highly recommended.

I had a massage today with Carla for the first time in years. It was by far the best and I left totally relaxed. Carla is such a kind and caring person and the room has a lovely ambience for total relaxation. I would fully recommend her.

Excellent and highly recommend. Joel was polite and professional and put me at ease. He explained how the session would work and what to expect. The sports massage was thorough and helped to relieve tension in the neck, shoulders and back. I enquired about follow up sessions and was not made to feel anything was compulsory. Rather I was offered a selection of options that would suit me should I wish to try.
