I had such a lovely experience from start to finish. Andreia was so friendly, welcoming and attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. She really listened to my concerns and took the time to explain everything, including an aftercare plan tailored to my skin. The facial itself was so relaxing, and I felt really well looked after. I’m so happy with the results my skin looked incredibly clean, fresh and glowing afterwards. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her clients.

I went in for a maintenance massage ahead of a big event this weekend. Jason hit the mark on breaking up knots without getting so deep that I would struggle to recover in time. I’m feeling looser and ready to take on the challenge.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended for pain relief! My neck and shoulders were incredibly stiff and sore (office job & poor posture). I have seen a few massage therapists around Leeds but none have come close to Lee. She got all of my knots out and I left feeling so much lighter and tension-less . I’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely brilliant , sports injury and after attending the walk in centre a week ago where I was told just rest it for weeks and go to a and e if there was no improvement, I choose to attend Optical Recovery instead and now I have a full diagnosis, a massage on the injury and full instruction of what I can do plus exercise plan Would highly recommend the injury is feeling a little easier already. , fantastic service

The best man in the business. Intuitive, emotionally intelligent and a master at his skill. You can tell he’s passionate about massage as soon as the consultation starts. And a very clean and peaceful studio. I’ve had a niggle with back pain and he’s managed to diagnose and iron out the problem whilst also giving me life saving tips how to avoid future back pain. I fully and wholeheartedly recommend Jorge.

I had an excellent lymphatic drainage treatment and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Beth is extremely knowledgeable and you can immediately tell she is very experienced in what she does. She explained everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session. The treatment itself was very relaxing and I felt a noticeable difference afterwards. I would highly recommend Beth to anyone looking for a professional and effective lymphatic drainage treatment.

I could not recommend Anna enough. From start to finish it was so relaxing. She has a created a beautiful space of relaxation and is amazing at what she does. Second visit and just as happy as the first with my experience. I am in love with my nails and I could chat to Katie all day long. I was able to move today’s appointment forward and have managed to book everything I need in for next time despite them being super busy. So accommodating!
