I was able to book in last minute. The space feels like a sanctuary and is clean and comfortable. Roxy took the time to understand how best to help and what to focus on. I cam out feeling relaxed and realigned! If I lived in Leeds, I'd definitely come again!

Came for my first ever lymphatic drainage body sculpt full body session today. I was really nervous & worried & anxious as I feel very self conscious with my body & my tummy areas especially I don’t let anyone see it & always cover it up so was a big thing coming today but Beth made me feel super comfortable both by coving me up using towels, respecting my privacy, explaining step by step what we are doing, & why, & be just having a general chat & getting to know one another better. Made me feel So so comfortable, safe & at ease, relaxing environment.

Me and my mum absolutely loved the Mother’s Day yoga class with lydia, it was so relaxing and we both felt amazing afterwards. Lydia is the best yoga instructor! My mum also had a massage after with Sophie which was wonderful, she felt so comfortable and relaxed. Would 100% recommend wellnest to everyone for either yoga classes or massages!

Tetiana was lovely and calming and I had the best experience the massage was so relaxing but also I felt she really worked hard on alot of areas that needed more attention. I also had a head neck and scalp massage which was fabulous. I honestly felt great when I left and definitely recommend Tetiana.. I will be back!

So pleased that Grace is available again in Leeds! She’s got an amazing ability to diagnose issues clearly and accurately, as well as provide easy exercise to improve problem areas. Her massages are also second to none for lasting repair and realignment. She’s a wonderful, calming person with a wonderful talent at understanding how a body should function and how to get it towards that goal. I can’t recommend her enough!

Perfect lymphatic massage so professional, gentle, and incredibly effective. Helped so much with swelling, fluid retention, and post-surgery healing. My body feels lighter and smoother. Beautiful clean space, lovely calming atmosphere, and such a skilled therapist.

Myself and my friend were visiting Leeds and were waiting for a late flight home, so decided to book in for a massage. The space was absolutely beautiful and ao relaxing as soon as you came through the door. The staff were so welcoming and lovely and the massages were absolutely perfect. We will definitely be coming back the next time we are in Leeds.

I had a wonderful 30-minute massage session with Tanya. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, kind, and friendly. She took the time to ask what I needed and tailored the treatment to focus on those areas, which made the experience feel very personal. Tanya was professional throughout the session, and I felt relaxed and well looked after. The treatment room was cosy, warm, and had a lovely calming scent, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind. I highly recommend Tanya to anyone looking for a professional and relaxing massage. I'll definitely be booking again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended for pain relief! My neck and shoulders were incredibly stiff and sore (office job & poor posture). I have seen a few massage therapists around Leeds but none have come close to Lee. She got all of my knots out and I left feeling so much lighter and tension-less . I’ll definitely be back!

I enjoy Sophie’s massages so much not only cause she has the best hands, but cause she knows how to create the best vibe for a deeply relaxing massage. She has super strong hands and knows well when to apply the right amount of pressure. I always leave the room floating for the rest of the day and grateful that I booked :)

INCREDIBLE! One of, if not the best massage I’ve ever had. So glad I’ve found Lee’s shop as I will be returning often. Personalised appointment with deep tissue and relaxing massage mixed together. I’d been looking for massages more locally for a while. It’s safe to say I am really glad I found Ben. I suffer quite a lot with upper back and neck tension. The space is really relaxing too, I love the music, lighting, hearing bed, water trickling. There’s a lot of thought, effort and focus that Ben puts into the room itself but also the massages - including checking on focus areaa. So glad to have found this place!

I had a great experience today. Welcoming staff, lovely place and facilities but most importantly the massage was one of the best I've had and I know I am picky being a trained masseuse too! Tetiana was incredibly professional, the whole experience was so relaxing and I'll definitely be back. The only 'issue'was the music kept cutting off during the treatment which is a shame but otherwise I cannot fault my experience at Dragonfly Spa today.

As always, Jason addresses and alleviates the shoulder issues that followed an accident in January of this year, leaving me much more mobile and in a lot less pain. Great practitioner, would certainky recommend his massage therapy.

The best massage experience we have ever had! We went for a couples massage for our anniversary and both therapists were incredible from beginning to end. They’re very knowledgeable and helpful and got stuck right in, identifying problem areas almost immediately. The services and products used are very high quality. The pressure and technique was immaculate. The spa itself was beautiful, clean and relaxing. It was worth every penny! Not only did it feel physically incredible after but my whole nervous system felt relaxed. Will definitely be going back. Simply the best :)

I suffer from neck and shoulder pain, and Iqra gave me an excellent massage. I felt deeply relaxed, and my neck and shoulder pain was significantly reduced. Because of this, I slept really well, and the next day I felt much more relaxed too.
