Had 2 treatments with Margaret today, 45 mins ASMR Massage and 45 mins Aromatherapy massage, it was so relaxing, highly recommend. Margaret makes you feel so at ease and relaxed.

Amira. Makes. Glasgow! I have functional scoliosis and normally I’m pretty concerned about this when getting a massage of any kind. This doesn’t even occur to me with Amira. The myofascial release had perfect pressure, nothing is uncomfortable even when I expect it to be and breath is part of it all. Next day its restored movement to my joints, no pain. It also completely eradicated a migraine. Never happened before! Because consent is so emphasised throughout and you are asked to communicate during the treatment the results go much deeper and become incredibly therapeutic somatically. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had a lovely massage today with Stephanie. The salon is easy to find and got parked easily. Her room is beautiful and smells unreal 🕯️I have sciatica and usually find any type of massage sore but this was so relaxing and honestly felt such a difference afterwards. She was so professional, made me feel completely at ease, and really focused on the areas causing discomfort. I left feeling much more relaxed and able to move easier. Would definitely recommend to anyone struggling with back or nerve pain. Thank you again Stephanie, I can’t wait to come back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have had many experiences in Glasgow trying to find the person who can understand my needs and issues as a long distance runner. Gavin took time to listen today, assess what he needed to and release the tightness where it was most needed today. Already booked in for pre race MOT! Amazing energy too!

Absolutely wonderful. First lymphatic massage and won't be my last. Results were incredible . Stomach looks half the size. Nice long massage nothing was missed feel completely relaxed and new again. And such kind warm welcome and atmosphere

Very greatful to have found Amira threw my sister, I recently took time off work as I started to listen to my mind and body, discovering what I need & this was it, I went for the Integrative Bodywork & Massage Therapy, they make you feel relaxed & we discovered a few things that my body was asking for, very excited for my next session when I book it in & I will be recommending this to anyone who may need it as much as I did.

Felt totally relaxed after my massage. It was definitely needed. Margaret lets you know what is happening at each stage of massage and checks on amount of pressure to use. Added bonus was the lovely facial at the end. Just a lovely treatment by a lovely lady.

I had a really lovely experience. The space is peaceful and I felt safe to talk openly. After the first session, which was only talking, I already felt better and my anxiety was gone. Amira is very kind and gentle, and explains everything clearly. I felt safe to open up and share my thoughts without fear. The sessions that combine massage and breathing are amazing. They helped release a lot of stiffness in my body, and I feel much more relaxed. I have had 3 sessions now, and after each one I feel more aligned with myself, calmer, and more at peace. I had an amazing session with Gav at Glasgow Rehab & PT. He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, making me feel completely at ease. The pain relief was almost instant, and the aftercare advice he provided was thorough and easy to follow. I couldn’t recommend him enough—he's truly excellent at what he does!

I came to Stacey after previously going somewhere else and not liking my hair or being listened too. Stacey not only listened but had knowledge of what would work and made my hair a masterpiece. The prices are amazing, you wouldn’t get better in Glasgow. Jess is great too ❤️

I had a wonderful Nervous System Reset Massage with Sara and it was truly incredible. From start to finish the experience was calming, grounding, and deeply relaxing. Sara has such a gentle, intuitive touch and I could feel my whole body start to soften and switch out of stress mode. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and completely reset. I would highly recommend this treatment with Sara if you’re feeling overwhelmed or just need some time to properly relax and recharge.

Would recommend for a few reasons first it’s a very therapeutic experience as you learn so much about your body and what it needs, I also learnt how to breath and relax as I was in a lot of pain but Emeria has taught me how to breath and listen to my body and the massage was so good in freeing the tension from my shoulders an back she is amazing at what she does

Brilliant experience. Very welcoming atmosphere. Where Gav really shines is on the gym floor where he can apply his skills and knowledge to put together a comprehensive rehab plan tailor made to your goals and abilities. I left feeling relaxed from the massage but also much more confident now going into the gym and can't wait to come back next month to re-asses.
