Very greatful to have found Amira threw my sister, I recently took time off work as I started to listen to my mind and body, discovering what I need & this was it, I went for the Integrative Bodywork & Massage Therapy, they make you feel relaxed & we discovered a few things that my body was asking for, very excited for my next session when I book it in & I will be recommending this to anyone who may need it as much as I did.

I had a lovely massage today with Stephanie. The salon is easy to find and got parked easily. Her room is beautiful and smells unreal 🕯️I have sciatica and usually find any type of massage sore but this was so relaxing and honestly felt such a difference afterwards. She was so professional, made me feel completely at ease, and really focused on the areas causing discomfort. I left feeling much more relaxed and able to move easier. Would definitely recommend to anyone struggling with back or nerve pain. Thank you again Stephanie, I can’t wait to come back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Olga’s amazing at her massages and what’s even better is that she can tell exactly what your problem areas are and how to make changes in your life to help relieve further pain. She gives really good advice and has helped me learn so much about how to better take care of myself. Will always go back to her for massages. She’s also one of the few massage therapists who offer blue light discount because she really respects the work that people in these sectors do, and wants to help them.

Had a great sports massage this afternoon with Timm, I had booked fairly last minute due to a recent injury so amazing to be seen so quickly! Timm was very knowledgeable of the condition and how best to target and treat symptoms. The combination of traditional massage and more active/mobilisation massage made a big difference to my symptoms. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

Gav is easily one of the best in the business. Bear in mind you’re not there to relax, he gets in exactly where you’re sore & tight and he will set you on the road to recovery or for me for preventative maintenance.

I had a really lovely experience. The space is peaceful and I felt safe to talk openly. After the first session, which was only talking, I already felt better and my anxiety was gone. Amira is very kind and gentle, and explains everything clearly. I felt safe to open up and share my thoughts without fear. The sessions that combine massage and breathing are amazing. They helped release a lot of stiffness in my body, and I feel much more relaxed. I have had 3 sessions now, and after each one I feel more aligned with myself, calmer, and more at peace. This was my first visit to Sherys and I was pleasantly surprised. I got the eye package for eyebrow threading tint and eyelash tint. I loved the results. Lovely salon immaculatey clean and very professional with a lovely relaxing atmosphere.
