Went to Jamie as I have terrible back pain and loads of issues the massage was amazing cosy wee room felt really at ease and felt that relaxed I felt myself falling asleep with definitely be back feel more relaxed and pain eased already thanks Jamie 😎

Had 2 treatments with Margaret today, 45 mins ASMR Massage and 45 mins Aromatherapy massage, it was so relaxing, highly recommend. Margaret makes you feel so at ease and relaxed.

Amira. Makes. Glasgow! I have functional scoliosis and normally I’m pretty concerned about this when getting a massage of any kind. This doesn’t even occur to me with Amira. The myofascial release had perfect pressure, nothing is uncomfortable even when I expect it to be and breath is part of it all. Next day its restored movement to my joints, no pain. It also completely eradicated a migraine. Never happened before! Because consent is so emphasised throughout and you are asked to communicate during the treatment the results go much deeper and become incredibly therapeutic somatically. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had a lovely massage today with Stephanie. The salon is easy to find and got parked easily. Her room is beautiful and smells unreal 🕯️I have sciatica and usually find any type of massage sore but this was so relaxing and honestly felt such a difference afterwards. She was so professional, made me feel completely at ease, and really focused on the areas causing discomfort. I left feeling much more relaxed and able to move easier. Would definitely recommend to anyone struggling with back or nerve pain. Thank you again Stephanie, I can’t wait to come back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have had many experiences in Glasgow trying to find the person who can understand my needs and issues as a long distance runner. Gavin took time to listen today, assess what he needed to and release the tightness where it was most needed today. Already booked in for pre race MOT! Amazing energy too!

This was my third massage with Andrew. I opted for a deep tissue again to help resolve aches and pain from working a desk job for many years. Andrew is welcoming, polite and professional, with a very calming demeanour. Excellent at listening to any concerns you have, explaining the treatment options and always checks in when it comes to your comfort and pressure used during each session. Every massage has been so relaxing and I’ve felt the benefits after each one. Both studios are gorgeously decorated and easy to get to via public transport. Looking forward to my next! Very greatful to have found Amira threw my sister, I recently took time off work as I started to listen to my mind and body, discovering what I need & this was it, I went for the Integrative Bodywork & Massage Therapy, they make you feel relaxed & we discovered a few things that my body was asking for, very excited for my next session when I book it in & I will be recommending this to anyone who may need it as much as I did.

Absolutely wonderful. First lymphatic massage and won't be my last. Results were incredible . Stomach looks half the size. Nice long massage nothing was missed feel completely relaxed and new again. And such kind warm welcome and atmosphere

Felt totally relaxed after my massage. It was definitely needed. Margaret lets you know what is happening at each stage of massage and checks on amount of pressure to use. Added bonus was the lovely facial at the end. Just a lovely treatment by a lovely lady.

I had a really lovely experience. The space is peaceful and I felt safe to talk openly. After the first session, which was only talking, I already felt better and my anxiety was gone. Amira is very kind and gentle, and explains everything clearly. I felt safe to open up and share my thoughts without fear. The sessions that combine massage and breathing are amazing. They helped release a lot of stiffness in my body, and I feel much more relaxed. I have had 3 sessions now, and after each one I feel more aligned with myself, calmer, and more at peace. Andrew is so kind and welcoming, I felt instantly at ease when I arrived and knew I was in safe hands. The massage was amazing, one of the best I’ve had! Andrew is intuitive and conscientious; he talked me through everything that he was going to do, and was sure to check in that I was happy with the process. The space itself is decorated beautifully and has a relaxed, cosy vibe which enhanced the experience.

I had an amazing session with Gav at Glasgow Rehab & PT. He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, making me feel completely at ease. The pain relief was almost instant, and the aftercare advice he provided was thorough and easy to follow. I couldn’t recommend him enough—he's truly excellent at what he does!
