I had a hot stones massage with Holly this morning and it was lovely. The cabin was really cozy with a lovely heated blanket! Holly is really professional and focussed on areas we’d spoken about before the treatment. It was a real treat before I go back to work tomorrow! Thanks Holly x

I had a wonderful lymphatic drainage massage with Natalie, Natalie is a complete professional and made me feel instantly comfortable, Natalie is extremely knowledgeable on the benefits of the massage and answered all my questions with detail throughout and advised of aftercare, the treatment was relaxing and had instant visible results which was so great to see, I felt amazing afterwards and will definitely be back for another. Ayesha has gone above the standard expectation when I go for my Swedish massage today. She has given me a heated eye mask and treated my poor neglected feet with a nice rich thick foot cream. I walked out feeling relaxed and happy.

Not my first Rodeo with Holly!! Once again, Holly excelled!! I opted for a hot stone massage with some sort of Crystal therapy (sorry Holly, can't remember the exact name lol). This was to relive stress and anxiety, 5*s all day long!! Couldn't belive how refreshed and rejuvenated I felt when I left!!! So relaxing. Holly is top of her game. First rate sports massage

Bertie was great. He took the time to take a detailed history, understanding my concerns and queries regarding the injury in relation to continuing to train. His assessment was thorough and concluded a few issues which he explained in depth using simple terminology. He then did a soft (but hard!) tissue massage which caused agony but after 48 hours completely freed up movement of my leg. He spent time discussing a large amount of exercises I could do to aid recovery. He gave solid advice and guidance around returning to sport. 100% worth the money and would not hesitate to return.
