Sally is absolutely amazing at what she does. I have experienced both reiki and Indian head massage on two occasions now, and each time I leave feeling incredibly relaxed and calm. The aura of her treatment room is so soothing, creating the perfect environment for relaxation. Sally is a gentle soul who instantly puts you at ease. I highly recommend her services!

Deep tissue massage 🫶 Marc met me with a smiling face, and walked me to the Zen Den ❤️ Candles lit, soft music in the background and the room was lovely and warm. Marc went through what I wanted to achieve from the massage, and then he started. Oh my tight aching muscles in my back and neck just melting away. Marc found all the knotty areas and worked hard on these. I left feeling a new woman. Professional, friendly and caring, I can't recommend Marc enough. He takes great pride in his work. I have already booked another massage ♥️

Marc has been my massage therapist for sometime now, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. In addition to his incredible skills, he is respectful, professional and makes me feel extremely comfortable. I trust him completely and he always makes me feel taller after our sessions. First time visiting. Really enjoyed my massage treatment. Soph was really warming and welcoming. A lovely very well needed massage and she got the perfect balance of relaxing while also getting those horrible tight knots! Thank you Soph, i’ll be coming back :)

I visited Chrysalis healing today, for my usual Indian head massage, followed by reiki. It is always so uplifting seeing Sally. She is so supportive and encourages me on my path. My sessions are always so relaxing and I can feel the benefits every time 😊 p.s Sally has a new treatment room, which is a truly amazing and peaceful sanctuary !

I visited Chrysalis Healing yesterday, for an Indian head massage, followed by reiki. I had recently been suffering with terrible back pain and was generally feeling off balanced. I explained this to Sally so she knew what to focus on. During my session, I felt a lot of energy shifting and I left feeling extremely relaxed. Later that evening some things came to light for me mentally and I finally had an emotional release. I have now woken up this morning feeling so much better and no longer in pain. Sally is amazing at what she does. I look forward to my next visit 😊

I had my first massage with Sophie. It was excellent I would recommend you try one.

I am struggling to put into words how amazing my Reiki experience was followed by a head massage. I immediately felt so safe and present with Sally. I had completely switched off from life outside of the cosy room. During my experience emotions surfaced and there was no holding back the tears. It was a huge release that was very needed. My head massage following Reiki was so relaxing and I felt so peaceful. Sally shows so much care and attention I really can’t wait to visit again ❤️

Excellent massage, would definitely recommend Lisa to anyone!
