Hi, I'm Sally, energy healer and holistic therapist with a passion for wellbeing and self care! I help women reclaim their calm, reconnect with their energy and experience much needed deep rest and relaxation. I offer tailored energy healing and support, holistic massage, AcuSound tuning fork therapy, Hopi Ear candling and combination treatments. Chrysalis Healing offers a quieter alternative to a routine wellness appointment, pairing Reiki with treatments such as Indian head massage and crystal healing. The Chrysalis Experience brings together Acusound, Reiki and massage, with the practitioner taking time to explain a first Reiki session and talk through its emotional impact.

Another wonderful session, acu sound followed by reiki. I love how Sally listens to me, embraces my weirdness and is always so encouraging in my spiritual development. She knows exactly how to work with my energies and keep me grounded and balanced 🥰

My mind was like an overwound spinning top when I arrived with a body to match but Sally applied her excellent skills in reiki and I left feeling more in sync with my body and less hamster like on the wheel in my head .

Had the chrysalis experience which was amazing. So relaxing. Sally-Ann explained each part of the experience and its benefits. I came away feeling completely relaxed and stress free. Would highly recommend.

I had my first session with Sally today and booked The Chrysalis Experience. Sally is so welcoming and very easy to open up to. The room is a sanctuary of calm. The experience of having Acusound , Reiki & Massage for me was a magical one, it was deeply calming and relaxing. I left feeling so chilled and will definitely be booking more sessions.
