Best massage and facial I've had in Darwin so far! Facial helped with lymphatic drainage and less puffy straight away. As someone with lipodema the massage was just the right amount of pressure for getting to my sore muscles without pain.

I don’t have words to describe the beautiful experience I had at this spa. It was an hour and a half massage where I truly felt cared for, treated with kindness and great professionalism. Highly recommended if you want to treat yourself to some personal time, enjoy it with someone else, or give it as a gift to a loved one. Thank you so much! By far the best self care experience in Darwin. Catt is very welcoming and explains your treatments thoroughly, she even made sure any oils/ lotions used were safe for postpartum and breastfeeding for me. I was able to completely relax during my head spa, the perfect ambience for me to enjoy my treatment. I would 100% recommend Catt at Lift Your Soul. My scalp felt fresher, my head felt lighter, and my hair was silky soft. 10/10.

MJ is an excellent massage therapist. I got the warm coconut oil 1.5hr massage with the scalp massage add-on (30mins). It was a very relaxing experience. MJ was able to find the tension areas and work them out. The room was peaceful and very clean. Highly recommend Zenara 🙂
