Incredible experience with Adeline. I'm a big fan of resetting the nervous system and I felt lifted, calm, transformed, rested after a session. Looking forward to future sessions, thank you so much!

I’m so glad I found her. I left as a completely different person - calmer, more grounded etc Had the most relaxing lymphatic massage and I loved how she explained everything, along with the method and the history. She’s really an expert in what she does!

From the moment I walked through the door at Pause Studio I felt safe and at home. I have wanted to try a Lymphatic Drainage massage for a while and I'm so glad it was with Adeline. It's a wonderfully relaxing and gentle treatment and I floated home afterwards and really felt the benefits afterwards, feeling lighter and energised. I will definitely be returning.

I cannot recommend Adeline enough. It's fantastic to have finally found a truly relaxing and effective facial. Adeline is incredibly intentional and takes her time with every step, which allowed me to fully switch off and relax. If you’re looking for a clinician who prioritises quality over rushing through appointments, this is the place!

Such a relaxing evening with Adeline. She's so welcoming and I always leave feeling well looked after. She's clearly knowledgeable and offers helpful advice to work *with* the routine I have. We usually spend a few minutes chatting through how my skin has been at the start of the appt so that she can build a picture on what to focus on. This time of year is always really drying on my skin so we focused on hydration, which I'm really seeing the benefits of this morning! The face/neck/shoulder massage is always SUCH a relaxing treat too. I'm already looking forward to my next visit :)

I had an excellent experience with Bilal Ahmed. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, welcoming, and took the time to explain the hijama process thoroughly, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. The treatment itself was carried out with great care, hygiene, and attention to detail. Since receiving hijama from Bilal, I have noticed significant improvements in my wellbeing, and the benefits have been truly remarkable. His knowledge, skill, and genuine concern for his clients' health really stand out. I am extremely grateful for the support and care I received and would highly rec
