Pat was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and why which filled me with confidence as this was the first sports massage I’d tried. Even after a short time, the pain in my left hamstring has eased and Pat was good enough to suggest some exercises that would help with my recovery. The ease and convenience that Pat came to me at a time that suited me made the whole experience hassle free too. Definitely recommend and will definitely use again in the future. Thanks Pat!

I honestly can’t recommend Ryan enough. I came in with ongoing knee pain and feeling quite anxious about movement, but he was so reassuring, patient and knowledgeable. Everything was explained clearly and I never felt rushed. He gave me a list of rehab exercises that won’t strain my knee . It made such a difference having someone who actually listens and cares about your recovery.

Incredible work. Booked for post marathon. First time for me so wasn't sure what to expect. Patrick put me at ease and talked me through the whole experience. Feel like I have a new pair of legs. Thank you.

I visited Beauty and More by Veronika. Today is the first time I have had lip filler and I was a little nervous. Veronika talked me through the process and made me feel at ease. Patrick knows all about the physio of muscles and tendons - his massages are bespoke, deep and give you a relaxed body feeling in return.

As always, Patrick gave a great massage to my needs. I can only recommend him, he has great knowledge of all muscles and tendons, and is great and in loosening up any tension you might have.

I've been having regular sessions with Patrick for nearly a year now, and I could not recommend him more! His sport massages have made a huge difference for my back and neck problems. But perhaps more importantly, he has helped me understand much better what is going on, as he is clearly very knowledgeable and always explains in plain terms what he observes is going on with the musculature. Excellent understanding of the bodies needs. Patrick feels into your body and applies massage and deep tissue treatments. You just feel reborn after a session with him.

I have a frozen shoulder with some arthritis in the joints and my massage helped me so much with pain relief and movement. Such a lovely and kind person, I cannot stress enough!
