I wasn't sure what to expect. Some good advice and quite relaxing. The follow up relaxation track is great to have. Natalie is personable. Minor negative was I found it difficult to get comfortable in the chairs unless laid down which isn't really appropriate for the discussion half of the session, great though for the relaxation element.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Star Review I cannot recommend Lala highly enough! From the moment I arrived, she was so professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I had the Vampire Plasma treatment done and Lala was extremely thorough, gentle, and attentive from start to finish. Her attention to detail and the care she takes is outstanding. You can tell she genuinely wants the best results for her clients and takes great pride in her work. The whole experience was fantastic and I felt in very safe hands. I would highly recommend Lala to anyone considering treatment — she is amazing at what she does!

Highly recommend Leila at MEI aesthetics. Arrived for my first ever treatment today and Leila was warm, friendly and so welcoming from the very first second. The clinic was spotless and very beautiful. Leila is such a professional whilst also making you feel like you have known her for years! Knowledgeable, passionate and thorough- before the treatment Leila explained every step, any potential side effects and ensured I really understood the treatment I was receiving.
