⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After trying various places and searching for the best massage in the area, I think I've finally found it with Pam at Serenis Massage Therapy. Between hairdressing and kickboxing, everything hurts! I was quite nervous walking in, but Pam immediately put me at ease with her calm, welcoming energy. The massage was fantastic — firm, thorough, and honestly felt like there were three people working on me at once. The stretches afterwards were the perfect finish. Definitely my new go-to for massages. Highly recommended. 🙏⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Awesome! I feel so much better after a 1 1/2hour sports massage. My problem areas were addressed. Sharmi listened to gave me some great advice and showed me stretches which would help. I would definitely recommend.

I can not thank Loma enough for my regular sports massage's, hes professional and knowledgeable, he listens and helps me recover from an injury, not only using massage but gives me strengthening and mobility excercises to prevent further injuries too.

Excellent experience. Lovely and clean environment. Listened to my concerns. Had a deep tissue massage and really concentrated on my chronic pain needs. Helped to get some movement back in my shoulder. Would really recommend this place, its a slice if heaven in Halifax. Very friendly and will be definitely visiting again. Thank you
