Awesome, Ashley really knows how to get the best out of your hair and make you look and feel fabulous 👏🏾. Her hand is so light that you could almost drop off to sleep whilst she's working her wonders.

It was an amazing experience! The therapist was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and I left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great massage. 10/10 experience!!

My experience with Ashley was the best i have ever had in my entire life, this is not to exaggerate but her service is the best. I have natural hair and have had bad experiences with hair stylists but the care she gave to my hair is what I wish all hair stylists have. She was very patient and i enjoyed every process. Trust that you will enjoy your appointment when you book one too.

I had a great experience at Kai Beauty Studio. It's a beautifully designed salon: sleek, uncluttered, open space in a great location. The receptionist is sweet and helpful. Priscilla washed my natural hair and gave me a deep conditioning steam treatment and trimmed my short, layered bob. I had a roller set and she styled it with a flat iron. She asked lots of questions, gave me advice about keeping my hair healthy. I was really impressed and I will definitely be back.

I have been searching for a place that I can trust. I had been getting waxed for years; however, my last experience in Ghana was a nightmare so I was hesitant. I decided to give Kai Beauty a try. I am so glad that I did! Here is the breakdown. Booking: easy. Environment: beautiful, clean, and very comforting. Staff: welcoming and professional. My Service: top notch and Gloria was so patient with me and adjusted the temperature as needed. I enjoyed myself so much that I went back later that day for an additional service with Gloria. Priscilla did a fantastic job with my hair. I am extremely happy with her work. I'm a natural who normally wears my hair curly and she did a silk press for me. It came out sooooo nice. I am a very picky person and she did very well.

Service was good and calm ambience. Staff listen to you and try to meet your needs as much as they can. Only bit is they tend to be a bit slow, so if they could speed up a bit that will be nice. Second is the constant walking around to either go and find something etc, it will be nice if they could have most or almost all of what they need for the client in close proximity before starting the clients hair. Aside from that service was good.

I had a wonderful experience today (12/19/25) with Vera. I have armpit-length, thick natural hair and booked the Scalp Detox and Deep Moisture Treatment. I have psoriasis, which usually makes new salons uncomfortable, but Vera was reassuring, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. The salon has a beautiful, boutique-level atmosphere, and I was even able to add a mani-pedi on the spot, which they graciously accommodated. I do not use heat, and Vera happily honored my request to moisturize and seal my hair. Truly an A+++ experience. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!
