i went for reflexology with an open mind see if it would help my aging body (i'm 52) and wow what an experience i was able to bend my knee without pain for first time in forever i can't describe the sensations but it was weirdest experience is all i can say it was amazing i had a session with caroline and rebooked straight away

My first visit to Om Holistic and Alaine’s lovely sanctuary. I had an Ageless Grace facial, which addressed my skin concerns and smelled gorgeous. Followed by reflexology, which was so relaxing it put me to sleep! Can’t wait to return for a twilight massage soon.

Alaine was very professional and made me feel comfortable right from the start. I have never had reflexology before so didn’t know what to expect. Alaine guided me through the process but at the same time allowing me time to enjoy some much needed peace and quiet! I will definitely have this treatment again and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Alaine.

I had a superb experience having reflexology. The attention to detail and thought that has gone into the experience was excellent. I love the studio and how professional Alaine is in her work. I will be having plenty more treatments in the future.

Lovely selection of products to cater to my specific skin needs for my facial, and was so relaxed I had a wonderful nap during my reflex. Great explanation of both treatments. I had one of the best experiences with my first holistic treatment.... From the moment I arrived, Alaine explained in detail all the information about which oils I would be using and how they would suit me! I had a relaxing back massage and a wonderful facial! The atmosphere was very peaceful and I was given all the time I needed. Alaine is extremely professional and cares about the client's wellbeing. I would definitely return and recommend her.
