A manicure, followed by back, neck, scalp massage with reflexology was what I needed. From the moment I stepped into the room I felt myself relaxing. In fact I fell asleep through my treatment which was even better. An absolutely wonderful hour with Debbie today. I had a reflexology treatment which I can honestly say had the affect of leaving me feeling more relaxed than I have for a very long time! Anything Debbie does is 100% tip top. No hesitation in recommending her!

When you have to wake yourself up you know you are relaxed. Today I had a pialtes facial which included a back massage followed by reflexology. So essentially a pamper from head to toe and it was just what I needed. It is so nice to take time out and have someone look after me for a change and as a mum and 2 with a business to run it is definitely needed from time to time. Thank you so much Debbie, I always feel relaxed and comfortable in your treatment room x

I had a full body massage and reflexology. Being a busy mum this was an amazing escape to relax and unwind. Sometimes full body massages can be over all too fast but this was just perfect. I felt revived after my treatment and will definitely be booking again in the future.

I had a superb deep tissue massage with Shidvash. I came in with persistent neck pain, which she was able to relieve significantly during the session. She also took the time to offer thoughtful, tailored advice based on my lifestyle to help prevent the issue from recurring. I can’t recommend Lucy enough! I had the reflexology and leg massage and everything about it was amazing. Lucy put me at ease straight away, explained the treatment and sought information on what I’d like to get from the session. She then began the treatment with some breathing exercises to help me relax and get the most out of the experience. It was so good that I booked my next appointment there and then!

I had an amazing experience. I got full body massage. I was greeted with a herbal tea. I was explained the whole procedure quite well. I liked the sound played in background and the smell/scent of the candles - making the whole experience very pleasant. Alaine has got very gentle and warm hands. She didn’t rush and kept it slow and smooth. I liked the massage on feet and hands and shoulders - most enjoyable. I would like to get reflexology next as I felt that would help relieve some of my stress further.
