When you have to wake yourself up you know you are relaxed. Today I had a pialtes facial which included a back massage followed by reflexology. So essentially a pamper from head to toe and it was just what I needed. It is so nice to take time out and have someone look after me for a change and as a mum and 2 with a business to run it is definitely needed from time to time. Thank you so much Debbie, I always feel relaxed and comfortable in your treatment room x

I had a full body massage and reflexology. Being a busy mum this was an amazing escape to relax and unwind. Sometimes full body massages can be over all too fast but this was just perfect. I felt revived after my treatment and will definitely be booking again in the future.

Amazing abilities and listened to my specific needs for my body to help keep the pain away!

I can’t recommend Lucy enough! I had the reflexology and leg massage and everything about it was amazing. Lucy put me at ease straight away, explained the treatment and sought information on what I’d like to get from the session. She then began the treatment with some breathing exercises to help me relax and get the most out of the experience. It was so good that I booked my next appointment there and then!

Great massage with just the right level of pressure in relaxing atmosphere

I had an amazing experience. I got full body massage. I was greeted with a herbal tea. I was explained the whole procedure quite well. I liked the sound played in background and the smell/scent of the candles - making the whole experience very pleasant. Alaine has got very gentle and warm hands. She didn’t rush and kept it slow and smooth. I liked the massage on feet and hands and shoulders - most enjoyable. I would like to get reflexology next as I felt that would help relieve some of my stress further.

Amazing as always! I cannot wait for next time. I had head massage and reflexology. So relaxing!

Perfect reflexology and massage

I can’t recommend OM (Alaine) enough. It was such a treat having a facial and reflexology taster session today, and it did not disappoint. I wish I could go everyday. Thank you and can’t wait to come back :-)

Amazing first time experience of reflexology !!!!! Also had a lash lift, lash and brow tint. As always Debbie is the ultimate professional and I leave feeling relaxed, pampered and not really wanting to leave at all.

Brilliant! Great atmosphere, great treatments (reflexology & back, neck and shoulders massage), great finish with mint tea and a biscuit. I felt so relaxed at the end, very pleased. Keep up the great work!
