My dad came from another country, and the very first thing he wanted to do when he arrived was book a massage at Motion Remedy with Gigi — he wasn’t interested in London attractions at all, which says everything. He had severe shoulder pain for two months and couldn’t lift his arm properly. After just three sessions with Gigi, the pain was gone and his movement fully restored. Truly amazing results, very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Have been seeing Paul regularly for a while now for various sports niggles. Today I saw him for a tension headache I’ve had for two weeks. He explained the possible cause and worked really deeply on my neck and shoulders. He gave me some advice for what I can do at home too. Headache is now far less of a problem. Paul is a great listener and is so good at explaining what might be going on in your body.

Friendly, welcoming and great service.

This was my first time visiting Beauty Hideout and having a lymphatic drainage massage - I would definitely recommend both. The clinic was welcoming and clean. Ula was friendly and professional and I felt amazing afterwards. I would definitely book again.

Had the best experience at this amazing, chilled, and very welcoming place. I’ll definitely be returning — I’ve already booked my next appointment. As soon as you walk in, the place is clean and smells great. Chan is super friendly and caters the treatment to accommodate your preferences, e.g. mood, level of conversation, music, smells. She explains what she is doing throughout. Post treatment, she provides advice on what products she thinks are best suited to suited to your skin. Overall, a relaxed experience with instant results visible.

Great experience, felt completely at ease, looking forward to getting my exercise tips.

Really great experience with Paul today. He was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to properly understand my injury. What I liked most is that he’s a proper physio who genuinely understands the body and actually treats the area properly rather than rushing through the appointment.
