We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. Had a fabulous sports massage. Wasn't sure what to expect as normally have beauty massages. Have issues with back and shoulders so these were focussed on. Also given useful exercises to do to help with these issues.

Great experience overall, great facility, great staff who are very knowledgeable & attentive, I left feeling like a new man. I had the Red Light Therpay, IV drip with a B12 boost and finished with a Cyro session. Highly recommended to check this out if you're in Birmingham

I had a wonderful HiFu facial today at the lovely Active Clinic in Birmingham. My skin already looks lifted and I will continue to see improvements for the next 30-60 days so really looking forward to that.
