Santana is an absolute Gem. This was only my second session with her and I honestly couldn't be happier. She knows exactly where the tension is and somehow makes all the aches just melt away. You can tell she's passionate about what she does and genuinely wants you to leave feeling your best. I walked out feeling like a new person. If I could give her 100 stars instead of 5, I would she's that good ... I'll definitely be back again soon.

I had a great experience getting my eyelash extensions here! The service was amazing from start to finish. They took the time to recommend the best style for my eye shape and listened carefully to what I wanted, which made me feel comfortable and confident. Lovely environment when I walked in, the lady who did my eyebrows made sure I was comfortable and her playlist was good👌. I would say that she did my eyebrows a bit too dark but obviously that was on me because I didn’t speak up about it, overall I love how neat my eyebrows are now and how much darker my eyelashes are, (the lady was very pretty). Thank you for your service!

Absolutely amazing. I wouldn’t say I’m a massage critic but I’ve gone to a lot of businesses in Hamilton. And hands down Sass beauty is in my top 2. Relaxation massage mixed with getting tightness and knots out. I’ll be back asap. The space is also beautiful and smells so good.

Best is an amazing massage therapist! Her massage was incredibly relaxing, especially the head massage, which was one of the best I’ve ever had.
