This was my first time visiting the beauty room Spalding. Jo was my therapist for my back, neck and shoulder massage. Very professional, listened to my concerns and needs and provided a very relaxing massage. I’m looking forward to my next visit. Thank you for a fabulous treatment :)

Tracey was so lovely! Very welcoming, friendly, considerate and calming throughout. I had a 30 min back, neck and shoulder massage and it was very much needed! I had alot of tension but after leaving The Beauty Room I felt really relaxed. I'll definitely be booking in more regularly!

I thought she was a lovely girl, really concentrating the procedure I booked. Did a lovely job. Not very chatty but I liked that because when having a facial wax it’s not easy to reply. I loved how she pressed my skin after removing the strip, really helped with the pain I normally feel because I’d never had that before ever. The only thing I don’t like was being put in the room where everyone else was having nails done and chatting. Made me feel really uncomfortable, it makes me anxious anyways before I even book the appointment takes me ages to pluck up the courage. 😬

I booked a lava shell back, neck & shoulder massage and thoroughly enjoyed it! Chrissy is kind and nurturing and an excellent therapist! The room and set up was ideal, calming and a sensory delight. Chrissy delivered a heavenly massage and I felt all my worries and knots drift away. I highly recommend Chrissy and the Beauty Room

I had a gel pedicure with Dominika, I am currently 39+5 days pregnant and very swollen and sore. I was very self conscious but she made me feel completely comfortable. Always checking to make sure I wasn't in any discomfort or pain. Service was brilliant and in love with the colour. Thank you so much, highly recommend!

Brilliant service, Zoe did my pre natal massage and pedicure. She was incredible, super friendly and welcoming. The massage was so relaxing and I feel 10x better, the salon itself is beautiful. Definitely be going back.

I was lucky enough to get a last minute appointment with Holly this morning for gel polish Holly was so welcoming, kind and sociable throughout my appointment - I don’t have my nails done due to my work and Holly made me feel so comfortable. She didn’t rush me into deciding colour/ design, instead we decided together! I’m delighted with the design and final result Holly created for my holiday! I highly recommend Holly Gutted I can’t have my nails done due to work :( or I would be back more often! Thank you, Holly 💅🏼🇬🇷x
