My first ever Buccal facial today, but def not my last! I suffer with jaw ache & migraines, & have felt soo much tension be released all day long since my appt. I was a tad nervous as it’s a more intrusive facial BUT it felt very second nature quickly & I truly just forgot what was even going on 🤣 Holly was able to really balance working the face muscles, & then bring a more relaxing/relieving sensation afterwards. I found the trigger point holds sooo relieving! Holly really puts you at ease and is so intuitive - she’s truly an expert at what she does. The release you will feel is INSANE!!

This was the best massage I have ever had. The therapist was so attentive and she knew exactly where my pain was without me telling her. The pressure was incredible, all my knots and tension have been released. I left feeling so relaxed and so much better. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking help and relaxation.

I had a full body massage with Amy today. It was perfectly tailored for my needs. Amy identified exactly where I needed treatment and applied the perfect amount of focus to my problematic shoulder. Holly is amazing and so knowledgeable about the fascia. She could identify what the issue was and knew straight away where the pain I had was stemming from and really took the time to listen to me. After only few sessions with Holly she has really helped to ease my shoulder and upper back issues in just a short time that had been on and off troubling me for years. I highly recommend booking on with her and will be booking in a block to continue in the New year!

A warm and welcoming atmosphere greeted me as Holly introduced herself and explained everything in detail. We discussed my needs, and she recommended the most suitable massage for me. The room was cozy, with soothing scents and calming sounds. Holly applied just the right pressure to relieve the tension and knots in my shoulders and back. I’m a bit sore today, but that’s to be expected. I highly recommend this wonderful space!

Lucy was very responsive to the tension in my body and worked effectively on a blocked sinus I mentioned had been bothering me. Up steep steps on the 3rd floor above a hairdresser and barber but a secret haven for sure.

I had a botanical facial with Amrita, I was in Cardiff for the weekend and wanted to treat myself! The location was really nice easy to get to and super easy to book! Amrita was really friendly and super lovely which made me feel at ease, and the room was calming She used amazing Neil yards products which we used sensitive ones for my sensitive skin, it was fab and my skin felt great after, She also doesn’t leave you which most facials do, instead there was lots of lovely additions like a shoulder massage and some sound bowls, I’ll definitely be back when im next in Cardiff Thankyou!! 💗
