It has been a long couple of years without Kath and I was thrilled to hear she was back. I have not come across anyone as good as Kath, she really takes the time to become attuned to any aches or pains you have going on. I’ve never met someone with such a passion. Susan greeted me warmly and welcomed me in to the treatment room, which was peaceful and relaxing. After a chat and an examination of my posture, she explained what she planned to do as part of the treatment. The treatment couch was very comfortable. The treatment was excellent - the pressure of the massage was just right to deal with my aches and pains, and I felt that Susan worked hard on the knots in my neck but at no time was it painful. This morning, I had woken and feel less tension and feel that I really benefitted from the session. I will definitely book again.

I had my eyebrows done today and I’m so happy with the results! After trying several places in Cardiff and feeling let down, Kat completely nailed what I wanted. She was so sweet and made me feel really comfortable. The atmosphere was absolutely amazing and I finally found my go-to salon! ✨ P.S If you’re looking for a place in Cardiff that truly cares about their clients and delivers perfect results, this is the salon to go to❤️

I had a taster massage which was very relaxing. Attention was paid to knots around my shoulder blades, and that along with the overall back and upper arm massage left me feeling refreshed and floaty for the afternoon.

Very relaxing and effective massage. It really helped release the tension in my upper back. I would definitely recommend it.
