I love this treatment- gentler and subtler than the Swedish massage but so effective. Feels like all the stiffness in my back and shoulders has melted away

First time trying the myofascial release - very different from the Swedish massage. Much subtler but deeper feeling of release across the neck and shoulders.

Amazing! Love my nails and it was so nice getting to know Adele and the relaxing hand massage at the end topped it off! I have booked back in again already!

First visit with Adele. Happy with nails, friendly lady and enjoyed hand massage. Products used smelt lovely.

Booked in for a total leg wax, eyebrow waxing, facial and LVL lashes. As always the treatments were exceptional. Lauren was very experience and Easy to talk to. I had a lovely relaxing time. The facial was really relaxing and luxurious and included a mini shoulder, head and neck massage. Of course I will be back in a month or so to do it all again. I can’t recommend Little Spa enough. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere very welcoming. I’ve been going to Little Spa for over 10 years and would never consider going anywhere else.

Superb facial, my skin feels amazing. A fabulous relaxing experience. Lovely neck, shoulder, arm & hands massage as well. Feeling very chilled. Would highly recommend.
