I am a regular client of Anchalee’s because her massages work. I have a few spinal and soft tissue issues that require regular massage in order for me to have quality of life. Anchalee is exceptional at what she does; I usually have either a deep tissue massage or Swedish massage, with that little bit of Thai twist, which combined certainly helps me be more mobile, physically relaxed and less stressed. Had a change from deep tissue massage to a Swedish massage. Glad I did, it was wonderful and my body feels so relaxed and my normally tight and sore soft tissue (muscles, ligaments and tendons) feel more flexible and my mind calmer. I would definitely recommend alternating massages for various soft tissue and joint issues, as they compliment each other. Anchalee is an expert in these types of massages and applies the best of techniques to help reduce the pain your body carries thus reducing the stress levels this may cause.
