Had the best evening! Very relaxed slept so well afterwards! If you haven't tried the Yoga & Soundbath evening yet ... your missing out! Yoga with Claire was amazing really enjoyed being out of my comfort zone will definitely be returning! I've never been to a soundbath before i didnt really know what to expect... im a busy mum to 3 so i find it really hard to relax/switch off. Wow Victoria has the voice of an actual Angel absolutely bliss so relaxed! The 2 sessions definitely complement each other! Not forgetting the Hostess with the Mostest Adele your amazing at everything you do! Thank you!

Just come back from my first visit with Heather, I’m so relaxed I feel I could sleep for a week! Heather was so welcoming and friendly. We did a full skin analysis and discussed the best skin care for me. Heather was very knowledgeable and it was evident the passion she holds for her job and her clients. Cove Holistics really is a hidden gem. What Adele has created is a truly special place. As soon as I walked through the door, I stepped into a calm and peaceful space and instantly felt relaxed. I started with 25 minutes in the infrared sauna, which really is an added bonus before my two-hour full body massage. It was just the relaxation I needed. Adele is amazing. I will definitely be going back.
