I had a wonderful experience with Polina. She did a very detailed manicure with great patience and care, and I really appreciated how attentive she was to my request to polish the cuticles instead of cutting them. She respected that preference perfectly and worked very gently throughout. My nails look incredibly thin, neat, and beautifully shaped - exactly how I like them. The finish is very precise and elegant. You can really tell she takes pride in doing meticulous work. Thank you, Polina, for such a careful and professional manicure. I will definitely be coming back!

Another beautiful set done and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how my nails look. Every time I leave the salon, I’m more impressed than the last. The shape, the detail, the finish — everything is just perfect. Polina really takes her time and it shows in the results. She’s so talented and consistent every single visit. What truly sets her apart is her speed without compromising quality — she creates beautiful, high-quality gel nails in just one hour, which is something I’ve never experienced before (it used to take me up to three hours elsewhere!). The results are always flawless, long-lasting, and perfectly done — I’ve never had a single nail lift or fall off. What a gem of a salon! A lovely welcome when I arrived, I was offered a drink and asked to take a seat whilst Cassie finished with her client. I was booked in for a nail appointment (BIAB) and Cassie was lovely, really chatty and Jade and Addie were also very nice. Some salons can feel a bit clicky but at Macy’s I didn’t get this feeling at all. Lovely place I will continue to visit to have my nails done, I already go regularly and see Addie for my lashes and brows. Excellent service by all the technicians.
