Anisha is an amazing osteopath. I’ve been seeing her regularly this year with various issues in my neck, lower back, hip flexors etc. I always come away feeling better and no injury or pain seems to concern her. She always finds a solution! I’ve been given a few exercises but it’s nothing excessive or unachievable and they always help too.

A wonderful massage from Anna. I felt so much better after. Anna was so lovely. Wish I was staying in London for many reasons. Anna is one!!

Gabriele has helped me immensely with my sciatica which I’ve had for over 3 months due to a disc bulge in spine. Cicely was extraordinary; she adapted the treatment upon consultation on my well-being challenges providing the acupuncture to address my stress areas and also broke-down the tightness in my neck too. The best place for Hollywood wax in London!

This has been my best experience in London so far, and I’m not planning to change it anytime soon. Natalia, the hairdresser, is very creative, understands exactly what I need, and the whole visit was genuinely enjoyable.
